As you read in the FC's previous email, RS fiction is making a comeback. This is just a one-off mission not tied into the general RS timeline, so don't worry about your main character dying or anything. This is mainly to get everyone adjusted to writing and for the writing staff to figure out how points are going to be awarded for participation.

While some of these rules probably won't apply anymore, they still provide a good idea of what we're expecting of everyone. In the near future, we will officially open up a training division in the Academy for new writers.

Our mission for this session will be to recon an Imperial outpost on a small, backwater world on the border between us and the Imperials. Take some time to think about a character you would like to use. I'll have an official briefing posted in a couple of days.
