As I mentioned in my previous State of the Rebel Squadrons address, Fleet Admiral Raven submitted to me an updated Code of Conduct, which I have approved. However, the publishing of the updated Code of Conduct has been delayed somewhat by my personal desire to create a more centralized location for Fleet Commander Directives, such as the Code of Conduct.

That location is now up and running, and can be found under the Reference tab on the Rebel Squadrons website. Click on Fleet Commander Directives under "Organizational" and you'll see links to both the Basic Cadet Training guidelines and the Code of Conduct.

In addition, I've revised the Bylaws section of the website so that the Code of Conduct is not listed as part of the Bylaws, and pointed http://www.rebelsquadrons.org/codeofconduct to this new location.
