Friends,

After consideration, I have come to the conclusion that I must step down from the role of Rebel Squadrons Fleet Commander, effective 01 February 2015. This is in my best interests, both professionally and personally, and I believe it will also ultimately be in the interests of the club.

It has been around 10 months since my appointment as Fleet Commander, and I had originally hoped to remain in office throughout much of 2015. I am disappointed that I could not continue in my role, and I wish I could carry on further and be the leader that the club deserves. I hope that you all know that I have tried to do right for this club since my appointment, and that my heart has always been vested in trying to make the Rebel Squadrons a better place.

Anyone who has interest in being considered by High Command for the role of Fleet Commander, please feel free to email both me (fc@rebelsquadrons.org) and the XO (kirghylommax@gmail.com) and we will certainly pass on your interest to the rest of High Command.

Thank you all for everything you have done over the past ten months to make this an experience I will never forget. As always, fly fast, shoot straight, and may the Force be with you.
