Hello everyone! I will try to keep this short and sweet, as we just had a SotRS and things are moving forward across the board.

First, thank you Licah for your service as Fleet Commander, it is always a good thing when someone picks up the mantle and carries it for so long. It is much appreciated, I will have more to say in a mini-SotRS and executive update in early November, but please know that we appreciate your contributions very much.

With Licah stepping back, Anton has stepped up as our Legacy Platform TFL, and will be assisting us with objectives and mission building going forward.

We are actively working on reorganizing a few things to make sessions a little more simple, easier to understand, and straightforward for both members and management; and you should be seeing the effects of that starting NEXT session, which will begin early next year.

I am very happy to report that I have a mostly full executive and command staff roster with the exception of a LOGISTICS OFFICER! The Logistics Officer runs RS fiction, determines where the storyline is going, helps with the wiki, and generally keeps our fictional side running smoothly. If you are interested in the position, please feel free to contact me on Discord or via E-mail.

I have a lot of initiatives and ideas that we're going to be trying going forward, aimed at helping to motivate and properly reward people for activity. Right now things have been a little stagnant, but we have a BRAND NEW flight sim game (which I personally find very fun) in front of us, Star Wars Squadrons. As such, the first 'New Thing' that we're going to be doing is a Fleet Commander's Office Hours kind of deal, where every Saturday starting 10/24 (FC's celebrating his birthday 10/17 ;) )from 2-4 PM EST (6-8 UTC) I will be online in Discord in a public voice channel playing SOMETHING. Anyone is free to join me for multiplayer games, chatting, or whatever it is they want. If you have an issue or a problem with something in the RS, you can bring it directly to me, and we can blow off steam blowing up some Imperials or playing around with whatever game suits the mood.

This first session will be Star Wars Squadrons, so grab your flight stick and helmet, and I'll see you in about two weeks.
