Reason for nomination: Next is the Training Officer, Colonel Stalker. He has made it his mission to help all new members, and, I understand, contacts each of them personally to let them know he is available for any questions. He has done significant work on proposals to revamp the join system, including a possible new Academy, and other items outside of his job description as TO. For these actions, I hereby award Stalker the Dagger of Courage - -^†^- - for assisting fellow members beyond the call of duty. But I feel that this is not quite enough recognition. Stalker has been a dedicated member of the RS for a long time, in the PBF, AF, and TO, and has offered his opinion and time on all kinds of matters for the past few years, without acknowledgement of his efforts. For his dedication to the Rebel Squadrons, I hereby promote Stalker to Brigadier General! Congratulations!
