RID Ribbon: ITOD Top CS

Awarded to the unit's CS with the highest percentage of participation in a RID ITOD mission. In case two Task Forces have the same percentage, it is awarded to the unit's CS with more members. If both Task Forces have the same number of members, it is awarded to the CS of the unit with more 'kills'. (This ribbon may not be awarded to members of an unit's CS who haven't participated in the ITOD mission themselves.)
