IRC Commands

Talking

• message - Sends message to the open channel window.
• /me action - Does action in the open channel (e.g. * Licah waves.)
• /msg nick - Sends a private message to nick.
• /notice nick - Sends a private notice to nick.
• /query nick - Opens up a dialog window for a private conversation with nick.

Using channels

• /join #channel - Joins #channel.
• /part #channel - Leaves #channel.
• /quit (message) - Quits the IRC server, with an optional message.

Getting information

• /whois nick - Gets "whois" information for nick.
