ITOD: IBG 105: Infiltrate Imperial Base
Briefing
- We are going to fit one of our Assault Transports with an Imperial IFF transponder. You will fly this transport into the Imperial sector fleets maintenance base, which is currently almost empty as the fleet is staging at an unknown location. The fake IFF code should allow you to penetrate the Imperial defences and reach the inner area of the base. Once there, you must dock with the main platform. When this has been done the Intel team with you will attempt to slice into the stations database system and find the files detailing the sector fleets location and status. After they have completed their task, get back out of there as fast as you can without attracting attention. With luck, the Imperials won't discover what has happened until you've left, but if you get into trouble, Rogue squadron is standing by on the edge of the system. If you need help, call for reinforcements and they'll be there as soon as possible.
