ITOD: XvT 315: Rescue Abra 'Carr Station (RgF 203)
Briefing
- A recent scouting patrol detected an Imperial Frigate hanging around an Abra 'Carr scientific research station, on the other side of the Abraddo system. The spy we deployed in the last mission confirms our fears: the Imperials plan to destroy the station as a warning to the Abra 'Carr for their resistance in the Abraddo system.
Unfortunately, the majority of our warships are still near the Oron system after the last mission. The Mon Cal Cruiser, Stingray, was previously dispatched to deliver supplies and rotate fresh crew members to the station, so it should be arriving shortly.
The Abra 'Carr, still wishing to remain neutral, have activated a distrsss call - we must assume that the Imperials have begun their assault.
The Abra 'Carr only have a small force of Z-95's for defense, so they will require our assistance if they are to survive. If we can save the station, hopefully they will decide to join our cause once and for all.
