As a pilot, Lucas Benoit-Stark made many a widow in the world of war, much to his chagrin, and as the annals of history jotted down each accolade, many enemies (and even some allies) emerged in hopes of the decimation of IronMan. The list of enemies were plentiful: Captain Naithan Carew of the 121st Imperial Squadron, the Cantor family of the Emperor's Hammer, Mairin Astoris-Trebonious. Even the Bridger/Rendar family that led the way for Aurora Force voiced their opinions of dismay for the self-professed RS Heartthrob and played a factor in his arrest with the help of Commander Xyla Xuana.

However, none of these adversaries affected the life and history of the Tatooine native more than one person, Sildrin Rys-Hastur, better known as Xia Long: The Blind Dragon.

The two adversaries fought many a battle, from her brief stint in the Rebel Squadrons to her membership into Aurora Force. Sildrin was a raven hair woman, half human half sephi. She was blind, but used the Force to "see" her enemies. Much like many Jedi and Sith alike, she believed that Stark was Force Sensitive, and for the briefest of moments, she was able to convince him of this belief and seduced him into her tutelage. But her hold on him fell apart, and the two have faced off on several occasions. Surprisingly, Stark initially found ways to best her through his unorthodox methods of combat and a penchant for elusiveness. Still, she continued her pursuit, and used her connections with Nylan Bridger to keep abreast of Lucas Stark and his girlfriend at the time, Raada Seru.

But as he soon discovered, her concern over him went beyond a connection to the Force or even a romantic fling. This was an arrangement by Lucas Stark's father, who had hoped the two would end up together in order to create progeny with untapped potential to the Dark Side of the Force. As always, Stark followed his own path, much to the dismay of his father and of Sildrin. She took this poorly, and devised a plan to destroy the hotshot pilot.

Nylan had managed to quell Sildrin's touch of the Force, an act that Stark found equally as evil, even if Nylan believed it was for the best of intentions. Because of this, Stark had sabotaged an Aurora Force mission, and they issued a warrant for his arrest. Meanwhile, Sildrin had begged Stark for assistance and stated that he was the only one capable of helping her. That was the last time Lucas Stark was sighted prior to his last escapade with Patrick Blastfire on the Quassica system. And according to many witnesses, Stark had seemed like a changed man, a person who experienced something...catastrophic. What that may have been remains unknown to anyone.

To this day, he has made it his personal mission to take on Sildrin Rys-Hastur, now dubbed Xia Long. When asked why, he cryptically answers, "She cost me everything." No one knows the parameters of what transpired on that fateful day, but his focus remains clear. He plans to battle her one last time and defeat her, risk being captivated by her, or die trying.
