Rebel Squadrons
Person: MGN LiveWire
Medal: Excellency of Duty

Date: November 22, 2003
Nominated by: No Data
Awarded by: No Data
Reason for nomination: Major General LiveWire has served with the Office of External Affairs of
the Rebel Squadrons much of my tenure on the Executive Staff, and has been
an able and hard worker.  Originally beginning work at this level as a
Colonel, he has progressed through the grades up to Major General,
garnering the respect and praise of much of the staff of the OEA.

When I first assumed the position of Minister of External Affairs in late
2002, the Office was in shambles, with no staff, no clear mission, and no
real accomplishments in recent memory.  Major General LiveWire's help and
aid were invaluable in my efforts to revitalize the diplomatic and
recruiting efforts of the club.  He served as a foil for my own ideas, as
well as an able worker in his own right, handling negotiations and also
scouring the Internet for other clubs and organizations.

Upon my promotion to Chief of Staff, Major General LiveWire assumed the
post of MoEA pending the appointment of a new MoEA.  His efforts there
were also exemplery, and worthy of note.  His dedication to the Rebel
Squadrons has caused him to take on a somewhat unrewarding job that is
almost always no play and all work, and as such, he should be recognized.

The citation for the Excellency of Duty award reads as follows:

"This medal is awarded for excellence within the bounds of one`s duty as
described by their position."

Major General LiveWire has served with precision and excellence within the
role of Deputy Minister of External Affairs and also as Acting Minister of
External Affairs, and is completely deserving of this award.  His actions
have set a standard that all the executives should strive to follow.

Respectfully,

General Lamin D. Zykara

Chief of Staff
