Reason for nomination: I nominate Major General Nicolai Ginofev for the Iridium Spire. He served for quite some time as the Rebel Squadrons Operations Officer, doing his best to keep the operations of the club smooth and humming. I found it a distinct pleasure to work with him, and look forward to seeing him around.
