You joined the RSCD what ? , 5 or 6 years ago ? , maybe longer and from going back on all the missions you've reported on you've always given 100 % , You constantly gave 100 % into this division and into your mission reports. I feel like you've more then earned this , it's over due as it is any way, someone should of nominated you for this again a long time ago.
