Reason for nomination: Finally, there comes a time when someone does something really special in a mission that makes you take notice. Something that may well be considered “impossible” to do. VSG 202a was released with what turned out to be a fatal error in Flight Group goals that prevented everyone that tried it from completing it until it was fixed. Well, everyone except 1 particular pilot. For managing to complete VSG 201a before it was fixed and doing what no one else was able to do, I hereby award LGN Chris “Kicks” Horn with the very first Vigilance Flying Cross. Congratulations, Kicks!
