Reason for nomination: MAJ Hyde in a very short period of time he has become a great asset to me. In the last several months he has stepped up to help out as a Spanish translator.

This has helped me greatly in communications between me and some of the CDT's on the BP. Also just recently he has join the Recruiting Office as a Assistant RO and RS Translator for Spanish.

Since doing so he has started working on translations of key items for the RS World Project. It seams to me that he goes out of his way at times to offer his help.

Plus he dose things you ask him to do in a short as well as timely manner. Then he follows it up and reports back with his progress almost immediately at times.

For all these reasons and many others I'm sure I forgot to mention makes him an asset to me as well as the RS as a whole. I appreciate his efforts greatly and hope this will inspire others to follow his lead.

Growth for the RS is based on numbers and our Recruiting and Academy training efforts Strengthen with the help of those like MAJ Hyde. So with this award I also recomended him for promotion to further show my appreciation for all he has done thus far.

Hyde's efforts reflect great credit upon himself as well as the RS as a whole. //SIGNED//
