Reason for nomination: Affectionately known as Ironman, has improved a great deal since joining the Republic Shield clan, there's still a lot of work to do and he'll be the first to admit this...however, he's put himself out there and volunteered for strongholds, performing excellently, listening to instructions and communications and responding appropriately. He's attended training sessions and has listened to the advice he's been given about maximising his gameplay/the effective use of specific tanks. I've seen the improvements from his research and he's a respected member of the group.

I'd also like to specifically note that one stronghold game, he killed 4 enemy tanks and bested the remains of an enemy team on his own...I'd say, please watch out for this one in the future. He's also contributed 255 industrial resources to our strongholds, on average 10 per game, 15 minute games, a considerable amount. This doesn't include the reports he's submitted for platooning too.
