Greetings RS!

Following discussions on High Command, we have decided that the World of Tanks activity is not yet ready to be considered as a full Task Force. As such, we are eliminating the TFL position for WoT for the time being, and it will not be an ITOD Activity in the coming session.

That being said, we still encourage all interested members of the RS to participate in the two available clans we have in that game:

RST - The Original RS Clan, focusing solely on casual / public matches. This clan is lead by CMDR Darth Gumbo (Q'Zayn on IRC).

REPUB - The New RS Clan, focusing on training for competitive stronghold and tournament play. This clan is lead by BGN Kimiao Quinal (Kimiao on IRC).

If they are so inclined, I encourage each of our WoT Clan Leaders to comment on this news post with any additional information they wish to provide regarding their clans.

Fight on! ":)

Having two clans for tanks seems weird until you think of other games that have (or could have) two clans. Take for example TOR, say we wanted to make an imperial clan. It's the same game, just a different play style. Fictionally, it could be RSI (Rebel Squadron Infiltrators) [whatever, it's a fake name, you be creative]. One clan is the main dominant Clan (The Rebel side) the other is a secondary sister clan for those that want to play a different way. Tanks is no different. REPUB, Kimi's newest clan, is the dominant clan and will mostly focus on competitions and team building, while the old RST will be a bunch of casuals and people who want to just play under the RS banner but don't want added stress or get in the way of the competitive tankers. There's no shame if you start out in one then swap to the other. Think of RST as the newbie friendly version and once you get a grasp of the game, decide if you want to stay there, or transfer to REBUP for more specialized training. Either way, load up tanks and play, choice is always good! :)
