Reason for nomination: This medal is awarded a bit late, but it was Face's intention to award it before he left. He "revived" the medal after Vender let it die last year, and as he did so first after 403, we agreed that it should be awarded for 401 and 402 as well. So, Dagger won it on 401, and you're hereby getting it :)
