Reason for nomination: For his considerable and important contributions to the RS in the years of 1996 and 1997. He worked with individuals on several projects, incluing working with me to create the first version of the RS Medal System (long before our website). I know his contact info is long since outdated, but I wish to award this medal to him should he come across the RS in his future travels.
