Obviously completion of all missions, but also TOD craft lost will have to be 0, and laser hit accuracy 50% or more. Capital ships count for nothing, as we all know you can blow up your own ships at the end of a mission. But the more fighters the better.
I know the maximum number of fighters that can be destroyed in TOPGUN, though, so if that is exceeded I know you failed at least one mission.
