While on a mission to investigate the D-type cargo project's origin, Calamarian Cruisers Valor and Windstorm and Medical Frigate New Star were attacked in uncharted space. While the Windstorm and Valor managed to escape unharmed, the New Star has been heavily damaged. She is to be evacuated and then destroyed, to prevent her from falling into Imperial hands.

Two Corvettes will evacuate all personnel still on board. Meanwhile, the Valor and Windstorm need to pick up the Katarns and the info they retrieved. We're all heading towards the rendez-vous on the border of Rebel Squadrons space. The Patriot Battle Fleet will launch X-wings to protect the evacuation, and the Academy will launch A-wings.
