Awarded for extreme performance in single and/or multi player combat over substantial period of time. This medal signifies that the recipient has exceeded the criteria for the Medal of Honor numerous times and has distinguished himself as superior to others in combat. The medal may only be awarded to a member once, and may only be awarded by the RS Fleet Commander.
