Awarded to members who have made a specific, extraordinary contribution to the club as a whole, for which a Merit Commendation is insufficient recognition. This member must have made an impact on the entire club, and this award must be given for a specific contribution to the organization (outstanding service in a staff role is not recognized with the Burdine Cluster). The award is presented by the Fleet Commander.
