This tongue-in-cheek medal is awarded to any RS member who fails spectacularly in the course of their mission duties, for example, "achieving" a negative score on a flight sim mission, making a poor decision in the course of a sim, or failing to take into account pertinent information during run-on fiction.
Meant as a good-natured reminder to do better next time, the RS Crapper award may be nominated by anyone, but should be awarded judiciously by those in command positions.
