Iridium Spire

Awarded for contributions to the RS in encouraging interaction between members, whether through competition or collaboration. This award is meant for those who are acting as leaders or role models and assisting in the day to day operations of the RS, which is a step above merely excelling in activity in the RS. The medal may be nominated by anyone, but awarded only by the RSFC/RSXO/High Command.
